Dear Mom and All,
I have two of your letters to answer one Feb 22 and this other March 23. Of course the former only had a 3 cent stamps so it still didn’t do so bad. The pictures we’re pretty good; the one of the kitten was cute. One of the fellows who saw it said “Lord, look at the snow!! I also got a letter from Wanda this week and a V mail from Catherine. I got the Jan, Feb, and Mar Readers Digest all last week, they may come through all right now. I kinda have an intense dislike for Prof. ?Builla?, I’ll bet he’d have a damn good reason to call someone else up. If he has trouble with Sam, Jay and all the rest, he still ain’t seen anything. They’ll never get as good a man to take ?James? place at that school. It tickles me if Sam left Builla something to remember him by. Has Jay heard any thing from the MMA yet? I really do hope he makes it. I haven’t seen Jerry lately, I haven’t had time to go see him and I guess he’s in the same fix. Things are going pretty good here, more is getting better as time goes on. I have plenty of tools and a mechanic to look after them so it takes that off my hands; it makes a big difference.
