My Relative Tree

I have ancestors, therefore I am…

Dear Mom,
I’m afraid I’ve been neglecting my correspondence lately. I have three letters from you that I haven’t answered and several from other people. I just finished writing to Anna Reese and Wanda. I got a letter from Rosamond yesterday; she sent me a snapshot of Ted and herself. She looks the same as I remember her and Ted is a fairly good looking fellow. I also got a letter from Dot Jones and a couple from JJ Mac. I’ve shown your letter talking about Emmett’s telephone conversation to several of the fellows. It was pretty good, he must be getting sharp in his old age.

Tell Mama Rose that I should be home to help her keep her Ford going. I imagine it’ll have more care taken of it than any of their other ones have, though the Lincoln has taken it for a long while.

You must’ve done a good job in that Deputy Sheriff to make him cool off like that. Monks must be a fellow something like Dad Rose.

Tell Jay to keep up his running, boxing, etc. it’ll do him good. Maybe he can help me do a couple of ‘odd jobs’ when I get home.

Love Wayne
