Britain

Dear Sis,
I just found your letter of January 5 with my old mail. I know it has been here a week at least and I supposed I had read it. I went to look at it to see if it would give me any ideas and found it was unopened so I owe you an airmail letter when I get some more time.
I had a pretty good time on furlough I found the outfit but part of the boys weren’t there at the time. I saw Stuart M, Red Bryan and several that you wouldn’t know.
Bob Bryant is over here now, I haven’t seen him yet but I know where he is located. I stayed with Joe for a couple of days before I started traveling around. Did he tell you that he had an accident last month? Ruined his beloved Ford. It wasn’t his fault so they didn’t do anything about it.
I went to the dentist yesterday to have my choppers installed and he broke them trying to get them pounded in. Now I’ll have to start the process all over again.
Please excuse the writing; I just finished giving one of the boys a rub down and my hands are still vibrating from the pounding.
Your brother, Wayne
