Dear Mom and All,
I got your card this morning and thought I’d write a line while I could.
About 18 of the boys got passes from 6 o’clock last night until noon today so we didn’t have retreat or reveille.

Hangers are here now, they came about an hour ago.
We leave (supposed to anyway), at 9 AM tomorrow. We are going down the coast to Georgia and then across to Alexandria, LA. near where we’ll be stationed.

We will be in Camp Meade, MD. tomorrow night.
I will drop a card now and then when I can as we go along.
